Why shipping renewed devices requires a completely different approach

We've spent years embedded in the refurbished device supply chain โ€” buying, grading, repairing, selling, and recovering devices across India. That experience taught us something that generic logistics companies will never understand from the outside: selling a renewed device is not the same as selling a new one. The moment it ships, everything is different.

A customer buying a new iPhone from Amazon has one question: 'Did it arrive?' A customer buying a refurbished ThinkPad has ten: Is the battery really 85%? Will the hinge hold?
