What You'll Work On

You will not just execute tasks — you will observe patterns, identify gaps, and contribute to decision-making inputs.

Operational Systems

  • Support tracking and management of assets across their lifecycle
  • Work with structured data on devices, warranties, and service events
  • Assist in improving operational workflows and data accuracy

Issue Tracking & System Reliability

  • Log and structure bugs, incidents, and operational issues
  • Identify recurring patterns and assist in root cause analysis
  • Support efforts to improve system reliability and reduce friction

Product Testing & Feedback

  • Participate in testing new features and workflows
  • Identify edge cases, usability gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams

Insights & Reporting

  • Assist in building reports on asset performance, downtime, and issue trends
  • Translate operational data into clear observations and insights
  • Support the team in identifying improvement opportunities
