- 2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach the opening of the box video showcasing the unboxing process.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 1. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- 2. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from ReUpyog Solutions Private Limited.
- 3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- 4. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, along with the mandatory opening of the box video.
