• 2. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from ReUpyog Solutions Private Limited.
• 3. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• 4. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, along with the mandatory opening of the box video.
